David Hadden, a licensed Minister since 1996, is a member of the Church Redemptive Life Fellowship in West Palm Beach, Florida, under the leadership of the great and notable Bishop Calvin Harold Ray and Pastor Brenda Ray. Hadden attended Morehouse College where the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. obtained his baccalaureate degree. Hadden attended college 1999-2001 before withdrawing to return to his native home in South Florida to advance his career as a professional boxer. He currently is a fourth year student of Florida Atlantic University in South Florida and works as an entrepreneur in real estate, fitness, and other fields.
Hadden worked as a professional boxer from 1993 through 2005, the year in which he last competed professionally. In 1995, he founded the not-for-profit organization The House of Refuge, Inc. However, something powerful and progressive is now happening. David is determined to live out his true purpose and assignment in the world, aware of his personal commission from on high. Hadden feels sure it is no coincidence that God has placed him here in South Florida. It is here, a diverse area, that is a haven for people from all over the world, with many national origins, races, languages, religious backgrounds, economic experiences, and common desires and challenges that David feels confident that he is compelled in this hour to come forth in his writings and public speaking to proclaim the basic spiritual truths that can save and help others with their troubles and hardships of today and those yet to come.

Fighting for a Life, is the first book authored by Hadden and was originally written as a prerequisite to the calling and assignment Hadden felt divinely purposed to fulfill. Hadden expressly states that his book is truly non-fiction with no exaggerations or sensationalism to serve any particular interest. His true story is from a regular, ordinary guy, whose faith made the seemingly impossible possible and the unattainable was attained. Here for you is our 21st century David.
